Summary:
To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective team member.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
Maintain all related Human Resources data, and processing of documents for FMLA, transfers, terminations, benefit enrollment, recruitment and on-boarding.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1.
Process all employee data i.

, new hires, transfers, performance awards, promotions, demotions, resignations, terminations, leaves of absence, suspensions and/or 48 hour letters.
2.
Compile notices for employee evaluations on a monthly basis and distribute to appropriate supervisors.
Learn and utilize ADP performance module for this task.
Complete evaluation overdue list every Friday.
3.
Distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports as specified such as active list, staff address list, staff leave report and active list by position number.
4.
Prepare, on a monthly basis, a summary of Human Resources Actions for the Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors, Fiscal, and various members of the Human Resources Staff.

Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) 6.
Update databases (e.

new hires, separations, sick leaves, terminations, promotions, etc.
) 7.
Support onboarding efforts by performing such tasks as collect and review documentation, process photo id cards, enroll new hires in ADP system timely, create personnel file, support orientation meeting.
8.
Provide information including new hires, promotions, and anniversaries to Training Department for monthly newsletter.
9.
Prepare and Complete all written requests for verification of employment (mortgage, employment, welfare, child care, garnishment, etc.
).
10.
Provide additional support for securing child abuse clearance and criminal history checks and follow-up to ensure receipt of confirmation.

Prepare reports for internal communication 12.
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policy 13.
Provide Receptionist support, for lunch breaks and in the event of absence.
14.
Support recruitment process by screening, testing, and completing reference checks; posting positions, etc.
15.
Supports multiple human resources functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, compliance, equal employment opportunity, and/or employee records 16.
Processes HR department applications, including employment and enrollment applications.
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent college credits(60) with 2 years increasingly responsible administrative experience preferably in Human Resources; High School Diploma or equivalent with 3
years of direct HR experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Hands on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS, ADP preferred.
PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
